Questions for P90Xers

My husband and I are going to start doing P90X on Sunday (new week, new start). We have had the DVDs for awhile, and I currently incorporate some of them into my regular exercise routines, but I've never done the full P90X challenge.
I'm already a regular exerciser, doing circuit training aerobics/weights every morning and yoga every night. I have three questions: (1) I don't have much weight to lose to get to my target weight, and I'm worried that there won't be enough cardio in the P90X series. Is this a legitimate worry, or is it something I shouldn't be concerned about? I don't want to regain the pounds I've lost; (2) The Cardio X and Kenpo X do not challenge me when I do them, should I still do them when they come up, or can I substitute other cardio? And finally, (3) I really love doing yoga and don't want to give it up at night. Will this program allow me to continue doing yoga, or will I be too exhausted to continue? I worry about that because I think that it will become even more important to work on flexibility as I increase strength training.

I don't think P90X's cardio X or kenpo X are that challenging either. I usually just substitute other cardio. Also, since you really love yoga, don't give it up! And you're right, it will help you with the strength training. Depending on your fitness level, you probably won't be too exhausted to continue it, though you might be sore. Just stretch really well before each p90x session and you should be go to go for yoga at night.
I would also keep Sunday as the designated rest day since you plan on doing yoga during the week. I hope that helps?0
