Hello,
Just got one of the Bowflex Heart Rate Monitors with chest belt.. wore the belt and watch.. but I wasn't sure which buttons I was supposed to push before the workout, and how to read afterwards.. so I'm looking for some general help on how to use this monitor correctly. Thank you!
