Needing some motivation!

So I am feeling a little discouraged after this past weekend/the super bowl and fell off off the wagon the past couple days. Previous to that I was doing so good and feeling great! I am just having a hard time getting re-motivated and DREADING jumping on the scale. What are some things that you guys do to motivate yourself again?!
Well, I am off to exercise..maybe that will get my butt in gear :)

  • You can do it.....get back up and do it!!! I think about my goals. My main goal is to be able to look good in a swim suit in time for Thunder Beach weekend. I said look good not get into one. I can get into one but it will not be that pretty....ha ha. Every year I say I am going to look better but I never try. This year I AM going to try harder and I WILL look/feel better!!!! SO....if I can do it so can you!!!

    I'm in the same place your are. Get your water down, log your food, Look through magazines and find some cute clothes your dying to wear this summer..We can do it!

    When I lose my motivation I just remind myself that every day is a fresh start and I try to start small. One small effort to work out often motivates me to do a longer workout, and one healthy choice of meal or snack motivates me to keep it up the rest of the day. Every little bit helps.
