Try Dempster's whole wheat tortillas (6"), with a tablespoon of peanut butter spread on it, and then roll it up into a wrap...
That'll be approx. 180 calories or so....A couple of those will be pretty filling for breakfast, and they're great for snacks!
I also really like the Rold Gold 100 calorie pretzel twist packs...They're a cup of small pretzels, but I find that there are a lot in them for only 100 calories! And they're really easy to grab on the go. 100 calorie Thinsations packs are always good, too (Oreo and Chocolate Chunk are my faves)...0 -
Can you call ahead and tell these people you are on a special diet and ask if they can make substituions????
Definitely bring some nuts--packed with protein and healthy fat. Maybe some fresh veggies and dip to nibble on? Is your car cool enough to keep food? Not sure where you are located. Wish I had more suggestions.0
