I wouldn't have gone snow boarding this weekend.... for the whole 45 minutes it took me to crash and break my tail bone....

No exercise this week.... which is annoying to me because I really was on a roll, and now Im afraid I am going to break myself of being intrested in working out.

    You broke your tail bone??!! That definitely sounds painful. Once you're back to your old self, you'll easily get back to exercising. Take care of yourself.

    OUCH! It might be a slow start, but I'm sure you'll get back into it. And you always have us here on MFP to help you out. :) Get better, and give your bones some rest so they get better.
