Trying Zumba & Love it

Hi all. I tried Zumba for the first time last night and I have to say that it was some of the most fun that I've ever had in a workout. Although I loved the workout, I do have question(s). I am trying to lose this "baby weight" (my youngest is 5 months) and I am wondering if doing Zumba (dance/aerobics) will be enough? I was in the military for 12 years so I could go and do all the "normal" workouts, running, weights, etc... but I want something fun, different and something that will keep my focus. I should say that it took me years from each of my other pregnancies to get the total amount of weight off, and being older I've been told that it's harder to lose that weight (there is 10 years between my 2nd & 3rd child...so its been a while..LOL). Is there anyone that uses only one type of exercise and had it work for them? If not, any advice from anyone would be appreicated. :flowerforyou:
