Had first weigh in today lost 4lb, i know i should be happy as i have lost but just thought i'd lose more with being the first week.I have been only eating 1500 cals even though i'm aloud 1700 do you think i need to eat more???????

  • 4 pounds in one week is an amazing weigh in. A healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds per week on average. If you keep up at this pace that is over 15 pounds in a month!
