1. How do you spread your calories out through the day?
(Me-on average: 200-300 on breakfast, 300-500 on lunch, 500-700 on dinner, extra on snacks)

2. When do you exercise?
(Me: Evenings)

    I would say I spread my calories out about the same. As for my workout, it usually varies, lol! I'm just usually happy that I actually get it done!

    On average:
    1.- 250-280 on breakfast, 400-500 on lunch, 230-250 on my tea time and 350-400 on dinner, rest on snacks.

    2.- As I'm on vacations, I exercise just before noon, when I go to university, I exercise in the evenings ;)

    Breakfast weekdays usually about 450 calories, exercise in morning burns about 250
    Breakfast weekends usually about 700 calories, exercise in morning burns about 400

    Lunch 300-500 calories

    Dinner 400-600 calories depending on whether I've exercised again at night, and how much I snacked

    Snacks 200-400 calories over the day, again depending on how much I know I'm burning off along the way

    Breakfasts usually between 200-350 calories
    Lunch between 400-500 calories
    Dinner 400-500 calories
    Snacks-100 calories

    I try to make it all fit during non exercise days :)

    I usually exercise during the evening after work during the weekdays, weekends I workout in the late morning

    Mine usually is about 200 for breakfast 500ish for lunch and 800ish for diner... I work out between 8-11 at night because I'm a night owl

    Interesting topic :)

    I'm all over the place with my calories, sometimes i eat a massive brekky and a small lunch (usually when im working) but sometimes dinner is my biggest meal...

    As for exercising i usually try and do it in the morning otherwise if i can't get up early enough or have work i have to wait till i get home so afternoon around 6-ish.
