Does anyone know of web sites that offer low cal menu for a day or week. I need some guidance , ideas in making a menu. thanks!

Just go to food.com. or goole low calories dinners. It will pop up with alot of stuff. it will also have how much of what is on there i love love love food.com also they have some really great low cal deserts0

I rec'd this in an email from caloriecount.com today ..... myperiod.gov
I guess it's administered by the USDA and they help you create a personalized meal plan.

I checked it out and I don't think this is what you are really looking for. It tells me I should be consuming 2200 calories a day to lose weight and that can't be right!!0
