Hi, just started using MFP to help with my food selections. I am also doing Weight Watchers and after putting in my food for the day that I have planned out, I have too much protein and not enough of anything else... Meanwhile this all fits into my Weight Watchers points values... Anyone else have this problem?

Looking forward to some input and motivation from this Board!!

    you can increase your protein by consuming lean protein. As long as you get the number they want you to have, you can go over----

    The protein is set very low on myfitnesspal.

    Do this:

    Home>Goals>Change Goals>Custom> [ input your protein % desired ] >Change Goal
