newf_99 Hey People ! Anyone familiar with Bill phillips Body for life ? If you want results and dont want to starve yourself or spend hours @ the gym. All you need is 45 min a day ! It works, Im down 15 lbs in approx 3-4 weeks. Started @ 211 lb-196lb, after the first week of working out ,the weight just falls off.     i had his book years ago, and i dont know what happend to it, it should be around here somewhere afew months ago i was looking for it and couldnt remember the name and until seeing this post didnt remember it. it was a good book, at the time i wasnt mentally ready for the changes, i've been doing p90x and got good results with it but if i ever find that book i will probably reread it and do the workouts in it

    Ya its pretty good !
    I tried the P-90 I have a bad knee couldn't do alot of the exercise's, I find BFL gave me better results ie: with what foods to eat and different things to do etc!
