Too much fiber?

I am constantly going over my fiber every day and was wondering if it will have any effects on my weight loss? I haven't noticed any effects at all but there must be a suggested intake for a reason?

    Your suggested intake is more of a 'minumum' for fiber... I read that you are actually supposed to get 40 g fiber per day... but this is REALLY hard to do... you are still in your 'healthy' number if you get at least 20g... Fiber is great for weight loss

    fiber is great for your heart it is recommended for women to get 35 and men to get 45 atleast! So eat up!
