Mozilla Firefox "reminder" app for desk jockeys

After reading about Personal Activity Monitors that will alert you when you've been stationary for too long, (which are very pricey) - it dawned on me that my weight-loss downfall is from spending too much time on the computer. A little looking will find free software apps that you can set to remind you of things - so I downloaded a Firefox reminder called "Take a Break" that tells me every 20 minutes, to take a break from the computer; and every 40 minutes - to get my butt out of the chair! (You can set the times for shorter or longer)
I now have my barbells tucked under the desk, so when I get the alert, I do a set of curls or something similar....
Granted, not everyone has the luxury of leaving their desk - but it's astounding at how much time we can spend staring at a monitor....
