I just wanted to share a few books that I've read that have helped me with my perspective on food. They aren't about dieting at all, which is what I love the most. But they will definitely open your eyes and make you think differently about the way you eat. Go to the library and check them out. Happy reading!

The Omnivores Dilemma by Michael Pollan
Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser
Don't Eat This Book: Fast Food and the Supersizing of America by Morgan Spurlock
In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto by Michael Pollan

I'm always looking for books about food, it fascinates me. And does anyone ever watch those shows on TV about how they make different foods. It made me NEVER want to eat a hot dog again.

Anyone else read any of these???

I actually can't even read a diet book! My mouth starts to water at the thought of all those foods they talk about! And the cooking shows?? Goodness!! I will hurt myself if I watch those!
