Gazelle Platium exercise machine - anyone know how many calo

Hi

I just got an old Gazelle Platium exercise machine out of the garage and wondered if anyone knew how many calories I might burn when I use it?

It is something you stand on within a frame and your feet stand on what look like very short skis attached to the frame by 'rope'. This allows you to 'walk' suspended (swing), you can hold the handles and swing your arms along with your feet if want to increase work out. Not probably described it very well but It is low impact.

I want to use it but not sure how to calculate the number of calories used up. Has been in the garage for about 8 years!

Anyone know? Thanks.

    Calorie burn is going to be different for everyone, best bet would be to get a HRM to use so it would be accurate for you, other than that it would be just a guess

    This website has a calculator where you put in your weight and the exercise - it lists the Gazelle - it won't be as accurate as a HRM would be, but it should be close:
