Does this burn calories? If so how many? I'm going tomorrow night. I've never done it so I have no idea if it's a workout or not, but all I know is that I used to play the Sims and it was a workout for them so I thought I'd ask, hahahahah

    SO much fun! I don't about the calories, but your arms are going to feel sore. I went for 2 minutes (expensive) and my arms were killing me.
