Workout Routines

Hey everyone,
I have looked everywhere online and cant seem to find a good program to create a decent workout routine for me. I usually do cardio five times a week (run on an eliptical for 32 mins.) and do a hundred sit-ups on my workout ball, then friday/monday do arms, and saturday/tuesday do legs. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas of places i could search on how to make a workout routine for me so that I'm using all of my muscles and not wasting any time.

  • If you like to workout at home: I recommend the Jillian Michaels routines. They're short but they work all muscles with cardio intervals so it kicks your butt! If you have exercise TV on demand, you can find them (and others like them) there.

    If you're REALLY hardcore: try the p90x series. That works everything (I was too much of a weiner for it! LOL).
