HG's HOT Boneless Buffalo Wings

I tried these for lunch today... I marinaded the chicken pieces in the hot sauce for about 15 mins first. They were pretty tasty but weren't quite crunchy... alot of the coating/breading came right off when I flipped them over.
Anyone else made these before?
