Hey Everyone,

I'm Myschelle. I just turned 40 last month. I have three sons; 18, 17, and 15; two step-daughters; 16 & 13; and three dogs; a 70 lb ridgeback /lab mix-Ripley, a 138lb boxer/hound mix-Gunner, and an 11lb shiztu-Lula; and then there's my dear-sweet hubby. I'm a social worker for a non-profit program promoting positive parent child interaction, I spend a lot of time driving. I love my family and my job, I am truly blessed.

I've had much success in the past adding fish, water, walking, and limiting myself to treats within reason. These days, not so much luck. So here I am. Open to suggestions and ideas. I'm looking to get to a healthy weight for my height (I'm at the top end now and have a fairly small frame, so I'd like to be more in the middle of the range), have more energy, and feel more attractive.

  • Hello,
I'm a 30 year old mother of three wonderful children. I recently started p90x and wondered if anyone here has had any luck?

I'm watching the tv ad now... I know a couple that tried it, but she is a very picky eater and said that in order to get the max benefit from the program you needed to follow the diet. He didn't have an issue with it, but I think she gave up. They're a pretty fit couple to begin with. I enrolled in a NAVI bootcamp last year, which had a lot of the same principles - muscle confussion, I hurt myself pretty good, so my advice is take it slow. I loved the bootcamp, but couldn't continue, so don't do too much too fast. GOOD LUCK! I'm sure whatever program you try will work as long as you are consistent!
