Caramel wafers...

Ok, so I bought some weight watchers caramel wafer as thought they'd be something sweet to have without being too naughty. (78 cals each). They're yummy... but £1.50 a pack which I think is a lot as they are only small and only 5 in a pack. So then I realised that Asda do some which are basically EXACTLY THE SAME! Still only 78 cals, still yummy, but smart price and only 40p a pack!
So... the moral of the story is... do your research peeps!
Also, i'm sure you all know this but... stuff that says it's good for you isn't always good for you. ie. I noticed the other day that the baked beans with less salt and sugar have way more cals and fat in!
That's all folks!
