Second time lucky

Ok this is my second time starting and I'm going to stick to it. The first time lasted 2 weeks then i relised i had done my bmi worng i managed to put my height in at 5 meters so i got my calorie goal so wrong i have just fixed it and i have got my real goal so I'm back.

Might need some pointers form people so any info/help would be great

So anyone out there to help me on the way would be much appreciated.

  • I'm in the same boat. This is my second time around too. And my determination is so strong now. Good luck on your journey, you've got a huge (pardon the pun) support system here.

    omg I had to chuckle a little as I envisioned the daily caloric allotment for someone who was 5 meters tall! Man you must have thought that was sweet diet!!

    Seriously - welcome back! Lots of support here! I love MFP for that!
  • I didn't relise it at first and thougt I was doing great. My calorie intake was nowhere near the goal margin.
    I'm thinking happy days this is easy. I was using the app on my iPhone and and looked up my profile and noticed how tall I apparently was shock horror. Talk about a crash landing. But it's all sorted now : )
