Yesterday I posted that I was dusting off the AB Lounge in my garage and adding 20 min of situps to

my exercise routine. I found on a site that sit ups burn about 10 cals per min. Being I'm using a

lounge to do these sit ups...not sure if that is too high a number of cals burned.??

What cha think guys...I really wanna make sure I have close to good numbers here so I eat the right

amount of cals.

Let me know your opinion...and I will consider the awesome wisdom of the collective MFP family

BBL...goin to a bar-b-que

I personally don't go by anything but my heart rate monitor. I find it to be the most accurate for me.

Initially I was going to tell you that doing sit ups probably didn't give you many burned calories and that was based on what MFP gives you in the exercise log. After looking at this link http://www.weightlossresource.com/tools/exercise/calculator1_2.cfm and entering my weight and duration of the exercise (183lbs and 20 min) I'm told that I burn 220 calories.

So if MFP says zero and a site calculator says 220 then I believe the answer is somewhere in the middle.
