Hello Everyone!

I am new to fitness pal and I am hoping and praying it will help me in losing this weight. I LOVE FOOD and struggle with it every day. The evening times seem to be the worst for me. I will do well for a couple days and then regress. I wish you all well on achieving a healthy weight.

I weigh 164 and my goal weight is 130.

    welcome to the site and good luck. the tools here are awesome, the people on here are amazing. ive had some tough food days and the people sure have helped me get through it. you will love it here. feel free to add me as well.

The evening time is soooo hard for me as well, and I struggle with regressing about every other day...but knowing I have to report in what I've eaten every day and having something to track what I am eating reminds me that I need to keep on the ball.
