what is your pre workout meal

My preworkout meal is:
oatmeal1/2cup
coconut milk 1tbsp
coconut oil 1tbsp
flax seed 1tbsp
soy milk 1/3cup
whey protein 1tbsp
raisins 1tbsp or 1/2 banana
1 cup water
cinnamon 1tsp
it may sound like alot of calories, but its not, especially if your jogging or doing any other high impact workout.

    31 g Cake Batter Whey Protein
    100 g Skim Milk

    I usually work out after work, so my last meal would be lunch.

    1 to 1 &1/2cups skim milk. On a cold morning I warm it up. On a fun morning...I add ovaltine. :wink:
