KALE CHIP lovers I need advice!

So I've been really excited to try making Kale chips after seeing people posting about them on here, and tonight at the grocery store I grabbed a big bag of kale.

Well, I always dig behind the stuff in the front to get to the bags in the back with the later expiration dates (yes I'm one of THOSE people), and tonight it backfired because while I was digging in the back I accidentally grabbed a bag of mustard greens instead of kale without realizing it! Guess that's what I get for trying to steal the good stuff that will last longer! hahaha

So my question is, has anyone made "kale chips" with something other than kale, like collards or mustard greens? If not, does anyone have any ideas about whether it will work ok with my mustard greens? If it won't, I'll just saute them with garlic and eat them that way. Thanks!
