Hello my name is Janet and I live in Citrus Heights (Suburb of Sac) my goal is to lose 34 lbs by my 10th anniversary (02/28/08). It has been very difficult for me to lose weight since i turned 30. Now that i am 36 and my husband and I are trying to have another baby i don't want to be an obese women when i give birth.
