Two weeks, right on schedule

MFP just informed me that I've logged in for 15 days in a row. I'm set to only lose 1/2 lb a week, and that's exactly what I've lost - one pound.
I'm pleased.:D
I'm also getting better at putting together meals under 300 calories, and making better choices (like switching from Kingsmill 50:50 bread, at 94 calories a slice, to Warburton's wholemeal at 55).
