Ok I can tell I'm on the verge of a binge. I'm so hungry and it's only 4:20. I had a small snack but that didn't do it. So I've decided to go ahead and eat dinner and hopefully that will do it and I won't be hungry later on. I hope this works. I really don't want to mess things up again!

  • I suggest drinking lots of water so you feel fuller and maybe go for a walk or exercise. I never want to ruin all my hard work exercising.

    I feel ya!!!

    I'm sitting here thinking about how I would LOVE to skip the gym and have a nice big dinner and a couple of drinks tonight....

    Sigh.

    What are we ever going to do with ourselves?

    You can do it!
    I've been stressed and eating way too many cal early on
    I know it isn't the best option long term but for a late 'dinner' or after dinner snack..whatever you want to call it..
    I've been having an apple and 100 cal bag of pop-corn...keeps my mouth busy for a while and is low in cal
    I make sure to get lots of protein/calcium during the day

    you sound like me. I always eat my dinner around 4:30-5:00 cause I always get so hungry then.. I can usually last until around 10pm and then binge... it really sucks.

    But today's a new day! You can do it!! Today is the first day im gonna fight it!! I will fight with ya!! BINGERS UNITE! hahah

    Ok well I had dinner. I made some eggs and turkey bacon with toast and jelly. I am really full now and making a pot of coffee. Coffee always helps me make it through the evening. I think I'm going to make it! YAY!!! I just have to avoid those gummy bears and reese cups my husband bought himself:grumble:

    That's exactly how my day goes.

    It sucks.

    To be honest though, I'm probably not going to go to the gym tonight. I have 3 excuses:

    1. I'm SUPER tired after a REALLY long day at work and my son woke up like 3 times last night.. (I was like... "Wtheck!? You're 14 months old!)
    2. I haven't seen boyfriend much this week at all because of schedule clashes and
    3. My shins hurt!!! I think they need a break!

    so that's it.

    Not going. Well, maybe I'll take the babe for a little walk tonight.
    But that's it!
