    This might help:http://www.the-gi-diet.org/lowgifoods/

There are also a few recepies on there which are good. Specially the chocolate mousse!!!

I properly stuck to a GI diet meal plan (it was though tesco diets I think) a few years ago, it was hard going but you get used to it, and you change your oppinion of food eventually. I lost 1/2 a stone in a month and half which i was quite pleased with.

Now I try to stick to the low GI way of eating in general, my other half is type one diabetic so he needs to be on a lowGI diet to help controll his blood sugars.

    I also have PCOS.

I also bought this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Antony-Worrall-Thompsons-GI-Diet/dp/1856266117/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=ITKAZODPIM9WI&colid=3G1ZPEEE2C1C6
a little while a go. To be honest I haven't cooked anything directly from there yet, but I have read it and it makes a hell of a lot of sense.

    Hope this helps :)

You can google it and there will come up several sites with info. I have also seen several books in the bookstore that talk about it and provide recipes.
