Hello, my name is Hope, and I live in Phoenix. My husband and I have been married for 16 years, and have I seen the pounds add on in those 16 years. I have tried for many years to get the weight off, but it always comes back. This time my husband is doing it with me, and I hope I can make it. I currently weigh 202, and I am working hard at losing it. I am watching every calorie I put in my mouth and I haven't had a soda in a week!! I have removed the tempting food from the house, and I am on a mission!! I found this site through my Android, and I love it!! New wardrobe here I come!!!:happy:
