1 fluid oz is ~30 ml. So 1 cup (8 oz) is 240-250 ml. 250x8= 2000 ml per day!

I believe 8 cups a day equals 2 liters. So one cup should be around 250 ml.

1 fluid oz is ~30 ml. So 8 cups (64 oz) is 240-250 ml for the day minimum.

The first part is right (technically just below 30mL), but the second part isn't 64 x 30 = 1920mL (or about 2L)

I noticed that and fixed it. Thanks for catching this!

EH:laugh: I am totally mixed up now - Ok, am I right in saying I need to drink 8 x 250ml measures a day?

I have a water bottle that has both measurments on it!
    8 ounces = 235 ml
    therefore:
    8 servings of 235 ml = 1880 ml

I usually round it out to 2L a day, a little extra never hurts me.
