HI
My name is Jane i have just signed up to this via Slim fast.
I am very over weight and have set myself an initial target of 1.5 stones to loose in 7 weeks. I am determined to achieve this as going on a girly weekend with my sister and daughter.
As i do not execrcise at all I think doing some 3 times a week will boost my weight loss and fitness !
Well what do I have to loose apart from weight!

There are 14 pounds in a stone so 21 pounds in 7 weeks about 3lb a week.
I had better get exercising!0
