I got something called better'n butter. I have found it at Target and Raley's (NOR cal store) It has 100 cals for 2 tablespoons. They use defatted peanuts. It is probably not the most natural thing in the world but it goes great with apples and rice cakes!0

NOT REDUCED FAT! The healthy fats are replaced with carb-based fillers. Natural is best, but limit the amount you eat. Natural peanut butters or other nut butters are best, and the shorter the ingredient list the better. I like Justin's PB because it's natural and you can buy it in individual-serving packets. Perfect for squeezing it onto apple slices and no mess!0
