Heya Guys

I was wondering if someone could give their opinion on fitness profile etc - Im not entirely sure which one to choose you see!

I dunno if this should include ALL activity, or activity without gym and other activities?

For instance, i have a desk job, so im inclined to put in Sedentary Job, but i walk 3 - 4 km a day to and from the station, from the bus stop to my house, etc etc.

Then i also go running three times a week (2.5 miles at time, slowly increasing) , gym twice a week (40 minutes at a time)

Oh for other factors, im 5ft 11 inches, weigh 86 KG and want to get down to 75 KG (oh and male..lol)

i have a desk job too and i put lightly active, since i do walk a lot as well and also work out.
  • I'd put sedentary if you plan on logging the 3-4km walk. Otherwise, I'd do lightly active. I think the difference is if you want it to assume you're already moving around alot rather than you entering it. I have a desk job, so I put sedentary and then log all my activity.
