Spring Into Action Challenge...for myself!

I'm motivating myself to start getting into shape before Spring rolls around. My biggest headache is living in Houston with the hot weather and I absolutely HATE exercising in the heat. I only have a goal of 30 lbs so I figure if I spring into action now, I can lose that 30 lbs before Spring even gets here so I can just do belly dancing and regular cardio at home and not have to brave the heat. I've committed to drinking at least three 16.9 oz bottles of water per day which is a stretch for me because I don't care for water much and to eat before 7:30 pm and do at least 30 minutes of exercise. Once I start losing weight, it comes off pretty fast so I have no doubt that I can lose the 30 lbs by the end of March. Wish me luck!:happy:
