Hello kiwi's!!

Thought a daily chat for those of us down under to get to know one another and inspire along the way.
Its just after 6am here in Paradise and my swimming buddy is not up to it today so waiting for the sun up and will take dog for a walk. Amazed how many more calories are burned by swimming than walking!!
