Does anyone Do the 30 day SHRED + another workout?

Hi,
I've been here since the beginning of December. I was a size 14 after the birth of my son, but have usually always been a 10. My pic is from my wedding when I dropped to a 2 with a crazy diet/running thing.
Currently....I have lost 18 pounds and find the food issue easy to keep up with. I started out my exercise plan doing the Biggest Loser DVD's. I switched up between Power Sculpt, Bootcamp, and Cardio Max. I got bored and started the SHRED. I like it that it is almost a half hour intense and quick. I was just in an accident, and have Brachial Plexo?? It makes your neck to hands tingle. I've still been shredding with a little difficulty but I get through it fine, The other CD's are too hard because of all the weights. I'm afraid I will stop losing if I only can do the shred. I'm on day 8 Level 1. What do you think? I'm not sure if My goal is even ok. I'm happy now, but would be happier smaller. Need Ideas to increase calorie burning. How do you maintain when you get to your goal?
