Vitamins????

I am just wondering what type of supplements everyone is taking? I am wondering if I should be adding anything more to my morning regimen to help aid in my health and weight loss. I currently take a multi-vitamin (ALIVE women's energy. Only one I can find that does not make my stomach upset) and Omega 3-6-9 complex fish flax and Borage oil. Any recommendations and or suggestions ?

What does everyone else take?

    I take One a Day for energy.

    i take a food based multi vit from whole foods, 2 tsp bee pollen, MSM, fish oil, and a little bit of coconut oil a day.

    I take Womens Nature's Way Alive and I also take 1 tablet of Caltrate 600-D Calcium
  • Reduce the omega 6 and 9 and go with just Omega 3 fish oil. Preferably triple distilled.
