New as well

I am new to this as well. I don't exactly have the weight melting off of me though. I am excercising everyday, weights, cardio, etc. Using the food journal and it seems like I am not getting anywhere yet. I started January 13th 2011 and have only lost two pounds. Very frustrating, but I am perservering!:grumble:

    How is do your meals look? Are you eating enough calories to sustain your metabolism? Are you giving your body enough rest to recover? Maybe I can help with a few suggestions.

    I am trying very hard to do the 1200 calories, I eat often during the day, but being sensible, I get full very fast. I am doing cardio three times per week, yoga and stretching with weights the other two days. I ride my horse most nights weather permitting, but come summer I will be riding almost every night...very frustrating...
