Hello everybody,
I am trying to alter my diet and fit healthier foods into it instead of always focusing on the lowest calorie foods. Would anyone be willing to review my plan for next week? Any suggestions (recipie ideas, changes, etc) would be great!

You don’t have the protein column showing in your diary, but the meals look kind of light in protein overall. I just spotted two great quinoa recipes that would make great alternatives to the Hungry Girl Breakfast Cookie (with added benefit of not having so many processed ingredients). Quinoa is a complete protein and full of fiber, so you will feel full and energized:

I have added my protein count as well now ( had it off so originally so I could focus on ne thing at a time, but I think I can manage now :-)
So far I am pretty close, actaully went over a couple times.
