Yesterday was day 1 of the jillian michaels 30 day shred.. i could tell idont excerise enough after doing that! I could not even make it all the way through even with a couple min breaks lol. However today being day 2 ...i make it through the whole video! skipped to level 2 just to watch it and see what is new in it, guess i better gain enough strength to do a push up before i move on anytime soon!! :)

anyone else doing the 30 day shred or have finished it and had good results? :)

    I ordered it yesterday and plan on doing it for the strengthing part of my half marathon training!

    i just got it and today was day 3! It just about killed me the first day, but today was a little bit easier. I was really sore yesterday, but I feel better today! Hoping for great results!

    Funny, I've be doing Level 1 and Couch to 5K on alternating days, and had just decided that I need put some extra effort into my push-ups - decided to do some even on C25K days. At this point I'm still doing the modified version on my knees - but am still struggling even with that! Will I still be able to do the modified version in level 2 or do I need to work all the way up to the the real thing before I move on?

    I'm going to try to maintain both programs at the same time. I'm not sure I can do 30 days straight of the shred, but that's my plan going in. I have no idea what I'm in for.
