All bran buds......I try to have 1/3 cup a day (as cereal or with yogurt) and it's got 11 grams per serving.0

There are several foods out there high in fiber. I eat a natures grains bagels with extra fiber every day almost and they have like 19g. Oatmeal is a great source also. Here is a great list of foods.
