calories question please help!!!

I eat when i am hungery 3 meals and 2 snacks. MFP still says i am not eating enough. Should I eat when I'm not hungery?

    Consume more calories when you are hungry.

    agreed. make sure what you're eating consists of good calories, but yes, you need to reach the minimum for health and weight loss.

    It depends what you are eating, but yes, most likely you should be eating more at your meals (real food, not processed stuff).
    There's LOTS of discussion on here about how much to eat and the risk of eating too little, have a look at the pinned messages at the very top of the genreal section, you will find plenty of advice on this issue.

    Eeating too little is not helpful in the long term, you might need to take a bit of time to work out how much your body really needs.
