    Did weigh this am on Wii but I didn't grab the paper w/the weight & BMI that had the actual numbers.

    Will say, I am up... I think it was 2.9lbs. Sigh.

    Will say I didn't eat well -- carbs -- bagels. And didn't drink as much water this week. Only did kickboxing 2x this week (nothing else) and I am not logging in foods.

    So....

    i guess climbing the stairs every time I got to pee is working. I ate like crap this week and didn't log but manged to come back down. weighted in at 251.8 so happy about that. Will def keep it up. Plan to eat a veggi subway for lunch

    tired Kelly here...dh was up at least twice, then slept bad the rest of the nite. ok, so in a period of about 2-3 minutes, my dh stopped breathing 7-8 times...he would go as long as 13-14 secs before gasping...and each time it was like he almost woke up?? this has to be affecting him!!:noway:

    had blood drawn, took son to college then his afternoon classes were canceled so I was able to bring him back home after I was done getting groceries. we ate lunch at Pizza Hut, and I did ok. need to drink a lot of water now.

    down 2.4 this week to 189.4. TOM will be starting in the next few days...tomorrow is my last wrestling trip of the season. leave the school at 7:30 and it starts at noon:ohwell: ...long day

    it's 2:30 and I wanna sleep:yawn:

    seems like those who lost had similiar amounts to what I gained.
    Carbs, bread items - bagels, bread, pretzels all did me in this week.

    it's ok Barb...were all having ups and downs lately...keep at it, it will head down soon! hope your work event goes well. I had another bad nite getting sleep, ended up in spare bedroom ( oldest son's whose @ college ). I am so ready for a good nites rest. long day @ final wrestling trip. Dh had the entire weekend off. Since my surgery is a few days before our anniversary, we decided to go out for lunch tomorrow. dh is talking buffet...

    guess what, I am actually missing my workouts. need to get back with Mia and Denise.

    so, hope you've all had a good Saturday..thinkin of ya!

    Hi ladies.... didn't got to the gym yesterday. Was tasked to stay at the office. Attempting for today.
    Due to the kids activity schedule and driving hubby to his doctor appt, I can only do kickboxing one night this week. Maybe Saturday if son's team doesn't add tournament games on Saturday morning. All I can say is THIS SUCKS! I might take a hour of vacation time to leave work early to attend a 2nd class. Again, THIS SUCKS... when I gotta take a hour off from work to take a class & be home before I run a child somewhere.

    I soooooooo want to go I will check with DH tonight so if it is 4 or 5 it would be cheaper for the room I have to fined out what it would cost to get there and home. Will check flight info or train. LOL No boss today will have to check back later.

    feel like I'm not getting much done today...long phone calls from my mom and best friend. put a call into my cardiologist about something that has been going on for almost a couple months now. feels like my heart is beating an extra beat, or palpitations? has happened over the years, maybe once a month, just once, but now it is happening every day, at least 5+ times. I notice it when I am doing dishes, sitting on the couch, at the table, on the computer....rarely when I am exercising. Noticeably, the last 2 days, when I am leaning a little forward. what concerns me when it happens is that I feel my heart pound really hard, and it causes shortness of breath or takes my breath away. does this make sense? anyway, I have to get a holter monitor strapped on Thursday for 24hrs. Had one back in '93 and that's when they diagnosed mitral valve prolapse. My best friend encouraged me to take action since I have surgery coming up and this way I will know what it is. Tomorrow I have my pre-surgery physical and I was going to mention it to her, but I think I will just stick to my cardiologist since I have been going to him 18+ years. clear blue skies, SUN, and lots of melting here! gonna pay some bills and get the mail! later friends!

    Well I was very busy at tax place last night ended up working until almost 10:30 and we close at 9:00. :yawn: It will be like this all week because of the delay with the IRS. Could finally send the ones we were holding.

    Well I hate to say this but I will not be able to go. It is too expensive for me to fly and with spending money, food and room it is too much. I am catching up with bills and my mother in law pays for most of the current bills. I am sure I will meet you all and hope you have a great time and take pictures to share :bigsmile:

    Well today I am going to try really hard to be good. Fell off again but really need to get back on track. Feeling really ill over it so today starts a new trend for me. I want at least 15 pounds gone before summer and that is not going to happen if I dont control myself.

    Ok starting my day, had my oatmeal and going to eat my banana shortly. fruits,veggies and cottage cheese for lunch. Will check back later :bigsmile:

    As soon as my tax refund arrives, I can book airline. IRS delay - hello.... you're affecting me.....

    Really busy at work right now. Had too many employees become injured this calendar year. Now all the paperwork to process, medical, claims for compensation, etc is hitting my desk.

    Remember - no reduced cost Valentine's Day candy! Don't buy any for yourself. And no buying Easter candy now either! Easter candy was in the grocery store last night. Hello, like Easter is in late April. So ladies those Peeps marshmallows will be stale by the time Easter rolls around.

    well I did ok for the most part 2/14....logged food, had a nice salad for supper, under cals, and that is with only 1 piece of candy for the day...a mini Laffy Taffy from a bus kid. but........ just before bedtime, I was so hungry, wanting sugar, salt, crunchy, smooth...anything.... so I had me some Hershey's candy that came with the flower arrangement dh gave me...next it was the cherry jelly hearts (which are just pure sugar), then it was some tortilla chips AND cheese balls (the little round ones that are sold in the chip isle). every single one of these items are things I cannot just have *one* of. I was very well aware of what I was doing, but made the choice to NOT stop. youngest son even witnessed all of this. I don't know about the rest of you, but the men here often ask me when I am eating something (usually unhealthy), "um, did you weigh that?...."are you gonna log that?"....."is that part of your plan today?" most of the time I DON'T care and go right on ahead an indulge. I know none of them would last a day with eating THE WAY I am trying to convert to. Not a chance. Pure torture. Jesus deliver them. SO......give ME a break! puh. sometimes I know we need a day like that, and y'all just know I did that Sunday at the brunch buffet. and like everyone else, I am gonna celebrate the holidays, have my favorites in moderation...and best part ~ I am blessed with a new day! Yay! so, here's to a better day, and focusing on *today* only! have a good one my pepper friends and make it count! :heart:

    I changed the chart a little again. the last column has total lost for 2011. I don't have a 12/31/10 wt for Barb, so used 171.1 from 1/7/11. Cindy and Vita's are from last posted wt. If you want me to change anything, let me know!

    Kelly - you won't have a 12/31 weight for me because I didn't weigh in. I was in my "I know I'm heavy and I don't want to see the scale" mode.

    Ok, ladies, I didn't take my advice completely to heart. Went to walmart, suppposedly just for rabbit food. Dau & I ended up in the 1/2 price Valentine's section. Got everyone a 50 cent shortbread type cookie of 270 calories.

    Ate mine BEFORE we left the parking lot. Took my dau 12 minutes to eat hers... mine 2 minutes.
    Then my son's behavior pushed me over the edge - my oldest's mouthy remarks pushed me over the edge more. Ended up eating my son's cookie. So, yes, I had 2.

    Sigh....
    Kickboxing was hard last night. I'm feeling it slightly in upper body due to the excessive push-ups.

    I attempted to send a text out - got this error message "Message Not Sent"

    Barb, I didn't take my advice either yesterday. wasn't a "better" day at all. after my Dr appt yesterday I pulled into a truck stop, no I didn't need gas..... and left with mozzarella sticks, tenderloin, 2 Laffy Taffy's, rice krispy treat ( super size ), and a real Coke. gone in 20 minutes. :sick:

    didn't eat the rest of the day :ohwell:

    I cant say I have been good either. Not so much with junk food but have been having breakfast sandwiches at dunkin donuts. They are more than 600 calories then add coffee and the rest of my day and I am going over. As Kelly said today is a new day. Breakfast this morning oatmeal and fresh pineapple. I also have a healthy lunch. If it is really nice out today I will go for a walk. I have to start doing and not just saying. Yes I will allow holidays and special days for treats but none in between. See putting foot down hard. :laugh: Did not buy any 1/2 off candy yesterday. :bigsmile:

    Hello again..... just wanted to say HI.
    It's my lunch period - didn't pack anything so I got the salad buffet at the cafe. chicken salad, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, olives and salsa. A handful of corn chips on top. Plus a diet pepsi.

    I got to the cafe and thought -- "What the heck am I going to have?" Didn't want a fried something or a grilled something. Didn't want a lot of bread since I had a bagel for breakfast. Didn't like the sausage & peppers for today's special.

    yesterday wasn't much better in the food dept. I usually have out-of-control issues prior to TOM...not this time... double whammy. ds court hearing was CN for Fri, now they assigned him an attorney and some date in March??? still don't know what is goin on with all of this....can't seem to get any answers if we do ask.:ohwell: headin' to the city now to run errands, get HM strapped on. hopin' one of my guys will help me with my hair later for a high light:bigsmile:

    Hi all... good news -- got an email notification my federal refund will pay out on 2/25/11. YEAH. Didn't get notice when my state refund pays out yet. Don't matter -- it's the federal refund I was using towards VEGAS.

    So kelly, book the room....just let me know my portion of the room cost. Or at least a good estimate. I'll book my airline after the refund hits and I transfer the airline cost into the account I pay the credit card with.

    My other refund plans include paying for a sratch on the charger & detailing the charger (gotta get ready for show season), daughter's GS camp, son's youth camp and Boy Scout camp costs, and pay down some credit card debt.

    Kickboxing last night.... i went to partner up w/a student at similiar level as me... no, a more experience (also another instructor) butted in and stated "No, she's mine." I was who she was talking about. My first thought was oh, I'm a wanted woman, you must like women..... I must blog about this class. Bottom line the other student reminded me of a drill sgt from basic training. Flashbacks.... My coworkers (also military) were laughing at the story.

    So good to see you back Erica!! we've missed you ~~ A LOT! dh cooked northern pike ( from his Canadian fishing adventures!! ) after all these years, he has finally learned how to cut the Y bones out. sure makes eating fish more enjoyable when there aren't any bones to worry about! ds helped me with my hair tonite....bless his heart. bout 1/2 hr to go yet. for 2 days now I have not really noticed any heart palpitations. figures. the **only** thing different, is I have not taken my daily 81 mg aspirin, for 2 days. is it possible that could be causing it? don't know why it would. hard to believe surgery is in 1 week. taxes... should have the 11th or 18th of March. oldest son is coming home tomorrow and spending the nite!! I can't wait to see him! :smooched:
