p90 (not p90x)

Would the sculpt part of p90 be considered circuit training? Or should it just be logged as strength training?

    I'll keep watching this thread to see if anyone knows! :) I wonder if the company's website lists things like that.
    My DVDs are at least -next to- the DVD player, but at least I've been walking a treadmill lately. I would like to actually try the whole program tho, since I bought the dang thing. :)

    Have you all been liking it? And do you keep your shoes on or go barefoot? (weird question, I know, but I remember feeling clunky doing the workout last year when I tried it)
