Hello. I've recently re-started my weight loss campaign. I have lost weight before, but I've never watched what I've eaten before. My husband was recently diagnosed as diabetic. Since we usually eat about the same things, we both are trying to change our eating patterns. Plus I'm doing the treadmill every morning. I figure I have 120 lbs. left to lose. I'm signing in here in the hopes of making some friends because even though I'm very determined and going strong right now, I have such a long way to go that I'm sure I'll need some support somewhere along the way. It's going good though. Lost about 10 lbs. in 3 weeks. The beginning always goes well for me. I hope you folks are successful as well.
