Good Morning everyone!

Yesterday was my son's birthday and I allowed myself a little cake and ice cream and of course felt guilty immediately after consuming the final bite. Then I thought, so what, you will just have to do an extra mile on the dreadmill in the morning, it wasn't like I ate the whole cake!

So 11 days left and counting and I have had some success this month and I plan on getting at least one more pound off of me by months end so I better get moving. What are you going to do today to get one step closer to being at least a pound lighter by June 30th???

Just one pound by months end? I am goiing to stick to my nutrition plan, run around with my kids, go swimming, and drink lots of water.

    One pound eh?

Well, drinking 18382104382 bazillion glasses of water a day helps. No seriously though, I drink my 8 and really watch my calorie intake. I have the head cold from hell so no gym for me this week yet. I am hoping to be better by Saturday so I can go.

Good morning I am planning to walk 3 miles tonight. I had too much to eat yesterday - relatively healthy but too mucking fuch!! Will I ever learn to do something else to combat my stress? Even though I know that I'm not doing all I have learned, I still getting really down. Life just sucks sometimes doesn't it. Soon school will be out and I plan to use my morning to do a few min on the elliptical and go for a walk instead of the usual moring hassle trying to get the kids fed and out the door before me.
I am in awe of those of you who can do it all. I work 55-58 hrs a week and it seem all I can do to take care of the house/kids/pets (I am married but my husband is "out at the lake" alot. I know that as a lighter person I will have more energy to get it done!! Here's hoping I can break 200 by the end of June.
My daughter is turning 13 on Saturday - YIKES!!

On the brighter side my husband has an interview today He has been out of work for over a year. Please keep your fingers crossed for us.
    Thanks
    Heather

Eating well today and going for a walk later and if the girls let me I am going to try to do 200 steps on my stair machine. Didn't get much sleep last night so I am going to try to nap while the baby does, then it is off to food shopping and if tempers allow the produce stand.

Right on ladies! and any guys who are reading ...

One pound will be one pound closer to your ultimate goal and next month we will shoot for no less than 2! lol
Heather, don't you ever think anyone can "do it all", in order to do it all you have to do it all half assed, it's better to focus on a few good things and do them well!

My son turned 10 yesterday and my daughter will be 14 in September, well there goes my pregnancy excuse....ok, it left at least 8 years ago. I guess I can say I am great at maintaining my weight, just not the right weight!

Here's to the end of another great day and a big step toward the big 100! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Tomorrow is a new day and one day closer to the month's end..........

I'm in on the 100 lb challenge. I'm only on day three, and have been able to lay out a meal plan for the next week that will keep me on track. I think that I'll easily hit the 2lb mark by the end of the month as I'm shedding water weight right now.

Lets keep each other on track to that 100 lb mark!
