Chaning weight on Timex PT HR monitor

I have lost weight and need to change my weight on my new Timex personal trainer HR monitor. The directions are not very clear on entering weight and I have pressed every button and can't get the weigt to come up so I can change it. Anyone know how? Thanks!!! -Natalie
