For like 2 days now ive been having really bad ankle pain its on the inside and outside of my ankles and halfway up my calf on one leg.both ankles hurt but the right one hurts way worse.ive sparained both ankles pretty bad in the past the most reccent being 6 years ago.I dont have insurance so I really cant go to the doctors.Just wondering if anyone has had this before and any advice on what I can do.I can hardly work out anymore
