Feeling Cold?

One of the most odd things I noticed in dropping a lot of weight is how cold I've felt over the winter in particular. Now I live in the Vancouver Canada area and it simply doesn't get that cold here. Lots of rain, very little snow, though.
During the summer I was exercising but due to some health concerns over the fall, I stopped but over the last two weeks, with very similar weather to what it's been all winter, I started exercising again.
Here's the interesting thing though... I have been feeling much less cold ever since I started exercising again.
I'm thinking the exercise is the answer if you've had the same experience.

I'm cold all the time this winter...granted we're having one heck of a cold one this year but it seems I'm always cold wherever I am!! I live in western NY. However, I exercise almost everyday so for me exercising isn't the answer!
Don't get me wrong...I'm very happy I've lost weight...now if only I could be warm again!! lol!!
Congrats on your weight lost...keep going!!!0 -
OMG this is happening to me too! its awful. I came home from work and in my house which is usually like 67-71 degrees, I was FREEZING! I had to curl up under the covers for a half hour and I didn't warm up for even a while after that. Whats wrong with us?? hahah0

I live in south central Texas and am constantly freezing if it's under 60 degrees. I have actually had to wear long sleeve shirts under all my regular clothes this "winter" (our winter consists of three or four really cold snaps (about 15-30 degrees) that only last a few days each), but the AC/Heat systems in our buildings at work are water-based systems and only work if kept on "ridiculously cold" settings.0
